1. Introduction

3. Product Order and Payment

- Members can order various products through the Wholesale Mall. All orders must be approved by the Company to be valid.
- If there is an error in the order information, you must immediately contact the customer service team to correct it.
3.2 Payment
- The company provides various payment methods. All payments are processed safely.
- Orders are confirmed after payment, and cancellation or refund may be limited after payment is completed.
4. Delivery and Delivery
4.1 Delivery
- Products are delivered within 7-21 days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the region and circumstances.
- The company promises to resolve any delays or problems in delivery as quickly as possible.
4.2 Delivery
- Members are responsible for receiving the ordered products. Any problems caused by incorrect delivery information are the member's responsibility.
5. Returns and Exchanges

- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition when returned.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
5.2 Exchanges
- If there is a defect in the product, an exchange request is possible. The company will quickly proceed with the exchange process.
- The company will pay the shipping fee for exchanging defective products.
6. Quality Assurance
- The company guarantees the quality of all products. If there is a defect in the product, we will refund or exchange it.

- These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and customs.
